On Tuesday, November 29th, Zeno Group, representing Visit California team in Canada, hosted dozens of travel influencers, bloggers, media representatives, and travel agents downtown Toronto to present a new marketing campaign called “Keeping Up With The Canadians”!

So what does "Keeping Up With The Canadians" mean?

California is one of the most Canadian populated states and there are tons of Canadians living in California. Why don't they show you the best hidden gems of the destination?

Essentially, the campaign consists of a new online series where Canadians will be tour guides and show you how they “California!”

To help launch the campaign, Visit California invited Canadian TV personality Liz Trinnear and Canadian, LA-based band The Darcys to perform and also start the series! In the first episode of “Keeping Up With The Canadians”, the Darcys will show you their favourite and must-see places in the Golden State.

“One of my favourite things about living in California is that there is so much to explore. You can go to the beach in the morning and drive less than 2 hours afterwards and be on the mountain skiing. Where else can you do that? There are really only a few places in the world where you can do that in a day,” says the Canadian TV personality Liz Trinnear.

The Golden State has so much to offer Canadian travellers: beaches, wineries, theme parks, culinary adventures, family attractions, sustainable travel, big-city fun, and lets not forget one of the biggest perks Canadians miss so much - sunshine all year round!
