Cancellation requests for bookings with flexibility

Transat is pleased to inform agents that a new web form allows you to submit cancellation requests for individual files online. This form can be used to cancel files which benefit from flexibility as follows:

  • South or Europe package booked with Option Flex Extra
  • South or Europe package booked with Option Flex Standard
  • Air-only booked under the ''Book with Peace Of Mind'' promotion
  • South package booked under the "Here Comes the Sun" promotion (between April 8 and May 31, 2021)

The form is available for cancellations made at least 7 days before departure. DO NOT CANCEL THE FILE in your system, you simply complete the form, and Transat's team will take care of the rest. Files will be cancelled according to the terms of each product or promotion.

To cancel a reservation within 7 days of departure, agents must call Transat's Contact Centre. To cancel a group booking, agents must contact Transat's groups department. This form is not valid for change requests, it is for cancellations only.

Invoicing

In all cases, an invoice will be generated once the file cancellation has been processed by Transat team. 

Non-Refundable Fees

The cost of Option Flex and administration fees are always non-refundable. 

Passengers Affected By The Cancellation Of A File

By submitting the cancellation request, it is understood that Transat will cancel all passengers on file.

Please allow Transat time to respond to the many requests. Rest assured that as long as the form was
completed within the permitted time frame by the travel agent, the cancellation terms will be
honoured by Transat.
