Sunwing has announced the addition of nonstop flights from Kitchener-Waterloo to Punta Cana and Varadero to its 2023-2023 winter schedule.

Two weekly direct flights from the Region of Waterloo International Airport to Punta Cana on Mondays will run from December 12, 2022 to April 10, 2023, and to Varadero on Thursdays starting Dec. 15, 2022 until April 13, 2023.

A range of resorts is available in both sun destinations to suit all travel styles, including Royalton Bavaro An Autograph Collection All Inclusive Resort and Casino in Punta Cana, featuring direct access to Bavaro Beach and featuring a FlowRider surf simulator on site. Further along the shores, travellers can enjoy elevated service and exclusive restaurant access with The Reserve upgrade, plus unlimited rounds of golf at Cocotal Golf and Country Club when staying at Paradisus Palma Real.

In Cuba, there’s Iberostar Selection Varadero, a great choice for families as it boasts a fun-filled splash pad, complimentary water sports and dining to suit all tastes. Couples and friend groups, meanwhile, can enjoy adults-only amenities at Memories Jibacoa, home to an on-site spa, sprawling pool complex and oceanview accommodations.
