This November, join the Strongman competition 2023 at the Playa Cayo Santa Maria! The event takes place mainly in the beach area of the hotel. The first Strongman was held in 2018 with many Canadian participants! Champions from the previous competition have already confirmed their participation.
 

Competition includes:

• Stone lift to table
• Sand Bag to shoulder for reps
• Bench press for maximum reps
• Sand bag throw
• Catamaran pull arm over arm
• Tug of War
• Rolling Thunder (grip event)
   

The prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be one week stays in one of the new hotels. There is no participation cost and it is included for clients of the Playa Cayo Santa Maria hotel!
