Low-cost Icelandic airline PLAY has announced new service between Hamilton and Frankfurt starting this December.

The first flight from John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport (YHM) to Frankfurt, Germany will depart December 14, 2023 and will operate four to five times a week throughout the winter. 

To celebrate the launch, PLAY is offering a limited-time flight sale with tickets starting at $259, exclusive of taxes and fees. The sale runs from July 27 to August 10, 2023, for travel between January and March 2024. For complete sale details go to flyplay.com/canada-offers.

PLAY officially launched daily flights from YHM to Iceland in June 2023, marking its first destination in Canada and its fifth route in North America.
