Hola Sun wants you to know that their have been changes to their credit card payments. Effective immediately, all credit card payments will require the full billing address of the cardholder.

Although, this is an extra step it will help to prevent fraudulent transactions. Please note that if the address provided does not match the correct billing address, the card will be declined.

Any example of information needed can be found below. If there is a unit or suite number it must be entered as unit # - street address.

Hola Sun still requires the credit card number, expiration date, CVV and Cardholder Name for the payment process.
