It’s now easier – and more affordable – for Canadians to travel to South America, Central America and the Caribbean with Arajet.

The low-cost Caribbean airline has begun offering connections between its newest destinations in Canada – Toronto and Montreal – with eight cities in popular sun destinations. These include: Santiago de Chile; Medellín; Sao Paulo; Cartagena; Aruba; Kingston; Curacao; and Saint Martin. All are through Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo.

Pacheco also noted Arajet’s affordable prices, which allow passengers to travel from Sao Paulo to Montreal, for example, for US$121, including taxes, per trip. 

Last week, Arajet announced its second route to Canada – direct flights to and from Montreal and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic – starting November 7, 2023. Prices for the 4x/weekly service start at $155 one way, tax included.
