ACTA needs your support to extend critical aid

September 9 - The travel industry remains in urgent need of sector-specific support. While other industries have entered a recovery phase, this cannot be said of the travel industry due to closed borders, a broad travel advisory and some fear about travelling due to COVID 19.

This will be ACTA’s 3rd Advocacy Campaign. ACTA is asking for your help in writing to your MP and other federal ministers to extend important forms of support to Travel Agencies and Travel Agents. It is important to understand that each campaign has a different strategic objective. ACTA knows that Members have held over 60 independent meetings with their MPs and MPPs. It is important to not only write to your MP but to follow-up and ask for a meeting. The telephone script that they provide will help get you started.
